After many years of working with plants I have lots of knowledge to share when it comes to gardening sustainably, whilst creating beautiful outdoor spaces. As a sister side to my flower business, I offer design and planting for inside and outside spaces, be it perennial borders, container gardens or indoor plant styling.

Garden Design

If you are looking for a full garden re design involving soft and hard landscaping, I’d love to help! I can meet in person for a site visit, where we can talk through your ideas and needs from the space. I then go away and write a design proposal and quote, alongside a plant and materials list. Once these ideas have been signed off by you, I will draw up a scale garden plan and planting index. From there I work along side a local landscaping team who will execute the build, while I source plants and then complete planting once the hard landscaping is complete.

Depending on location I can also offer follow up care and maintenance if required.

Planting

I love working with a plant palette of colours and textures to bring together a design for new herbaceous perennial borders, or to rejuvenate old ones. I also work on containers and small gardens, which need a planting re design without any hard landscaping. I can consult with you about plant varieties, colours and maintenance, and then source appropriate materials. I will then produce a planting plan for you to keep and carry out the planting labour, leaving you with a completed border to nurture and enjoy.

Plant list

If you fancy being more hands on in your garden and doing the planting yourself, but want advice on what would work, I can carry out a consultation and then create a plant list unique to your garden needs. This will take into account soil type, aspect, plant nutrient needs and existing garden style.
